i hope you all are well and that the holiday season is treating you kindly.  maybe you have snow even!  about 5 inches fell here in london on saturday.  it was absolutely gorgeous.  this year, i’m going to colorado (o’hare willing) to my sister’s for christmas - plenty of snow there. i’ll be flying on christmas day but, with all the time changes will still end up -if all goes to plan - in denver at 5:30 in the afternoon their time. i have never had much luck transferring in chicago in the winter though.  i’ve decided to approach the travel day with my most zen like attitude. maybe… to make things a bit more interesting…… we could start a pool.  i’m putting a tenner on me stuck at o’hare.  i’ll set up a pay pal account where you can place your bets.  is that legal?

thanks very much, all you kind people, for your help and support this year.  everyone that was in the “wreck your wheels” video, the folks that volunteered their time to sell merch for us at shows, those that piped up on facebook with ideas for venues or sweet comments, all the folks that came out to the shows - some bearing gifts even! ……..you are all greatly appreciated. 

we are still trying to get a string of dates together for you western folks.  i will keep you posted and let you know when we have something.  the folks at the label want me to let you know that “wreck your wheels” is being offered on amazon as part of their “fill your player” promotion.  between december 25th and the first of january you can download an mp3 of the album at amazon for $5.00. i think the way to find it is to go there and then search my name under music and then under mp3.  once the sale begins i will try and find a direct link and stick it up on facebook and the website.  i’d like to let you know that neilson hubbard has a beautiful new album out - “do you want to start a fire”.  you can find it on itunes if you click on the neilson hubbard link and then onto the “buy my record” button on his myspace site.  give it a listen.  neilson produced and played on “wreck your wheels” and plays all sorts of things and sings when we tour. he’s a good one.

that’s all from me.  i’m off to do my usual last minute christmas shopping.  actually, this is early for me.  christmas is still 5 days away …………….maybe there’s time for a movie!
